Help for Play Therapy Clients onthe Play Ground at School \ Play Therapy Technique / Play Therapy Activity
My play therapy technique mystery counseling session included a playground theme. I decided to use myself as the client and I used my childhood playground. As a child, I used to live across the street from an apartment complex. At the center of the apartment complex was a little playground. The playground is a big deal for me because I made a lot friends there. I learned from other kids and it was always a new kid moving into the complex. When I look back at my experience at the playground, it was always FUN!
At present, I have been trying to re-connect with my inner child and having more fun for this play therapy class. I have been making serious effort to do things that I will definitely enjoy, since I work so hard as a counselor. I have become a lot closer to my parents. I am at the age where the relationship with my parents is very cherished and I know they are getting older. I have basically combined both of these ideas. I am trying to have more fun but I am trying to include my parents in those activities. So, I planned a cruise in September and they are coming along with me! I have learned that I want to have fun but with the people that are most important to me.
