My Own Personal Play Therapy Mandala
Making a Play Therapy Mandala
In the process of making my play therapy mandala I just started to use colors that appealed to me. Soon I found myself using three very noticeable patterns that encompass my life.
The Cross= The Lord of my life in which all things are possible through Him.
The Circles= Representation of completeness; coming full circle in all phases of life it is important to have a feeling of completeness.
The Hearts= Love, a significant part of my life that allows relationships, growth, trust and happiness.
Overall, my Mandala is made up of colors and symbols that represent feelings and beliefs that are an integral part of who I am made up to be.
The symbols of my Mandala tell the story of my basic needs being met physically, spiritually and emotionally. As I reflect on my Mandala, the colors chosen are colors of happiness and meaning to me.
