The house, tree, person sandtray for sand tray therapy features a house in an estate with many rooms and a luxury car parked in front. The family living in the house is sitting overlooking the beach and they appear very content and happy. The man is sitting close to his wife and their children are playing happily at their feet. Their pet animals are also with them. On the other side of the tray is their farm with different animals in the pen. Their estate is also lined with a lot of trees, but the trees are on one side not surrounding the house. The surrounding of the house appears a bit barren with just a tree at the opposite end. The house does not appear warm and welcoming and the family is out of the house close to the ocean which is warm and welcoming. This may be a representation of how I feel about my house at this point. It is no longer a place of peace and contentment as before; I go in just to sleep, but not to relax. I have developed other relaxation spots outside the house. The animals appear happy and well fed; they are also protected from the water by the fence. This may be a representation of my current role with my mother of protecting and providing for her needs. There are stones paving a pathway to the beach, signifying that the calmness and blueness of the water is a source of peace when I am troubled.
