Feelings Chess Play Therapy Game
Im not a chess player but I enjoyed the play therapy game called the feelings chess game. I used feeling words to describe how I was feeling that day. The I used miniatures to represent those feelings on the chess board. Just being able to talk about your feelings is very therapeutic but the miniatures help to add more feelings. Because the miniatures represent a feeling or a person it helps to release and just get everything off your chest.
This is also a great play therapy game to make & take for younger children and an effective tool for expressing feelings and emotions in play therapy.
