Dream Analysis for Sandtray Therapy Translation--Student #2

In my dream for sand tray therapy dream analysis, I was inside my house. I had a very small baby to care for and I kept forgetting about the baby. All of a sudden, I would remember the baby and go running to find it. When I found the baby, it was usually not crying. However, I was left feeling guilty that I was not taking better care of the baby.
My dream analysis sandtray consisted of two hot spots. In the back right corner was a house. Dream Dictionary says, “Home represents security issues and childlike desires that need to be filled.” Inside the house was a stove. Dream Dictionary describes a stove as “a developing awareness.” Outside the house was a woman. According to Dream Dictionary, “a woman represents nurturance, passivity, caring nature, and love.” On the left front corner of the sandtray was a small duck inside a crib. The duck represented an extremely small baby. Dream Dictionary says, “babies may represent an aspect of you that is vulnerable and helpless. To dream of an extremely small baby, symbolizes your helplessness and your fears of letting others become aware of your vulnerabilities and incompetence. You may be afraid to ask for help and as a result tend to take matters into your own hands.” Dream Dictionary says, “To see a crib in your dream, suggests that you are harvesting or (babying) a new idea, creation or project. Alternatively, it may refer to your nurturing, protective, and caring nature.”
I would title this sandtray therapy for dream analysis “Neglect.” I am still examining if the baby represents myself or someone else who I feel I have neglected.
