Create an Inner Child Scrap Book for Play Therapy Class

When we were first told that we had to complete an inner child scrapbook for play therapy class, I was glad that we were doing this because I personally think that I had one of the best childhoods in the world. My inner child scrap book revealed so much to me and gave strong explanations as to why I am so happy to be the person I am today. Although this book is made up of many parts, one of my favorite parts was the letter apologizing to your inner child. This was my favorite because as I completed it I realized that I had nothing to apologize to my childhood about, but I actually had to thank my childhood because if it were not for it I would not be where I am today.
My least part of the play therapy scrap book was the drawing of the room that I enjoyed spending most of my time in because drawing is one of my least favorite activities. Overall my play therapy inner child scrap book revealed that I have always been an entertaining person which is one of my personal qualities that I enjoy about myself most.Visiting ones childhood is really fun especially when you had one like me.
