In the middle of the sand tray for Dream Analysis in sand tray therapy is a rectangle, that represents a swimming pool. In it are sharks, snakes, and a sea monster that are half buried to show that they are under the water. In one corner are three figurines, two army men and one cowboy, they are facing away. The other two in the corner are a bright colored happy figurine, and a princess Cinderella figurine. In front of the pool there is the maid Cinderella figurine. In the dream that I had there was a club behind a pool, I just didn’t have a figurine to represent the club. In the dream I was with my friend and a group of girls that I didn’t know but were friends in the dream. They are the two figurines in the right corner. My ex and his friends were also in the dream and they kept giving me side glances and avoiding me. They are the figurines in the left corner. I went out back in the dream to get away from everyone and there was a pool in the back full of strange creatures, a sea monster, a shark and snakes. I looked up the meaning of these creatures on dream moods and found that sea serpent meant emotional transformation and a captivated one means keeping emotions contained. A shark means that it could be undergoing a long and difficult emotional period. A club means that there is a need for relaxation and letting lose or a sense of belonging. A cowboy figurine could mean masculinity, ruggedness, and toughness.
